Winshop Internet has a range of Internet products such as Broadband/Dialup connections, filtered Email, Web Hosting solutions and consulting services all with technical support. We are committed to ensuring that our clients promptly receive answers to their questions and enjoy trouble-free use of the Internet.
We are based on the Gold Coast, but offer dialup and business ADSL services Australia Wide. ADSL2+ Services are only availabe at selected Gold Coast exchanges at this time.
Internet Service Provision (ISP) and Web/Email hosting has been the core of the business since 1995, while technology has changed a great deal since then it's still our main focus. Before that some of our senior staff were involved in BBS (Bulletin Board Systems) which really advanced our skillset with modems, email/fidonet, routers, networking and computers.
We encourage our clients to visit our office and build a relationship with our staff.
Our support staff have field experience and are not trying to apply only stale solutions from a support database. This is important so that you get the best solution for your situation as our staff are able to adapt to your individual requirements.
